Auto-refit upon purchase

I often wished when buying a vehicle, the game would go ahead and refit the vehicle to the filter type. It would be great if there were an option to auto-refit the vehicle (upon purchase) to the cargo shown in the filter menu of the New Vehicle window. All costs of course would be incurred.

An alternative is to use station refit orders on the vehicle, which achieves the same thing (refitting at the first station).

Another (better?) alternative would be to use JGR´s patch which has this feature since v0.5.0 as "build & refit".

I read over the specs on that patch pack. I like what I see. I'll check that out!
