Mouseweel scrolling of menues
Well, i'm spoiled with a mousewheel so using the "lift" is unusual for me...
if pointer is over a window with a roller, mousewheel roll the roller.

Alcohol is not the answer, it just makes you forget the question.
Also, TTD supports the double click function of the mouse wheel. Can that be implemented in OpenTTD?

You sure you have a mousewheel?- Feature: mousewheel can now be used to scroll in windows
No seriously:
Update OpenTTD to be sure you have the latest version.
If it doesn't work, tell us what brand and model you have (although I doubt it'll help much)

Logitech Mouseman Dual Optical. I can scroll in menu's with this mouse. Have you installed the driver which came with the mouse or did you let windows decide? (I have the windows driver installed: "HID-compliant mouse")
