What I really mean is that when you buy shares of an AI up to 75% you can then use their stations to deliver cargo.
eg. When you run planes and you want to fly to a city the company that you own 75% of operates out of, you can fly to their airport so you don't need to build a new airport?

The difference between 75% (you have no say at all over an entity you ostensibly control) and 100%(the acquisition disappears completely indistibguishably into your operations) is uncomfortably unrealistic.
There needs to be some stage of a subsidiary distinct but under your influence.
