Panning left

Hi all

I've searched high and low and the only similar(ish) posts are for problems panning right with the mouse.

My problem : until day before yesterday I could pan everywhere on the current open play using the left hand button, pressed in. Then, day before yesterday, something changed (and take note, I did nothing with regards to fiddle around, updating, etc). I can't pan anywhere using the left hand button. Sometimes I can pan with the right hand button, but in reverse (indicate left, go right) but it is sometimes.

The searched posts had two kinds of answers :
1. A Win10 problem that changed the mouse settings somehow
2. A random change in the games itself.

Any suggestions, taking note that I can not use the command screen and coding screens, I am too old and dumb for that.

the setting you are looking for is found in settings->interface->viewports->viewport scroll behaviour

Thanks I will try that. I do think I already did to no avail, but I will do it again and report back

Did it again but to no result. It stays dead, as described in the first post.

I went through every single item in the settings trying to find an answer when this began - no luck

Anything else?
