ubuntu 20.04 dedicated server

I'm trying to get my own dedicated server running for OpenTTD.

OS: ubuntu 20.04

With using the new LTS version there is no installation candidate for libicu60 only libicu66 which i have tried but still when i try to launch the game i get this error:
"error while loading shared libraries: libiculx.so.60: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory"

Anyone know how to fix this issue besides downgrading my os back down just to support libicu60?

If you compiled it yourself just do make clean (and mb ./configure again).
