Multiplayer connection problem

Hi,

I have a problem connecting to a network game. We want to play with my friends, we are connected through hamachi, but we can't join each other. When connecting while downloading a map, "Network - connection lost" is displayed and the game is disconnected. Can anyone advise us on this, please?
