Scrolling issues

Hi, I have been playing on 1.8.0 for quite a long time, but yesterday updated it to 1.9.2 and viewport scrolling seems so odd and weird. I think not it works the way that, for example, if I move my mouse down, the viewport would go down as well, but back in 1.8.0 it was reversed, I guess.
Also, mouse seems to disappear for a second or two when I move it too fast.
Is there a way to fix those things or should I just downgrade back to 1.8.0?

Open Settings from the main menu, and in the search box at the top type "viewport scroll".
You should find the setting "Viewport scroll behaviour", you probably want to change it to one of the "Move map with RMB" options.
