Plane available, but no suitable airport available yet

I have encountered strange situation with OpenTTD 1.9.1 (OpenGFX graphics set):

- October 1954
- received information about factory developed a new plane model (FFP Dart), accepted proposal for a year of exclusive usage
- tried to use the plane, but received information about it having an airport with too short runway in the order list of this plane
- no airport with longer runway available yet to me at this point (Vintage Commuter being the best one - but still too small) -> cannot use the plane safely

IMHO this is a glitch; I suggest to make one large airport available as soon as the company can purchase plane requiring it.

True, the City airport is introduced in 1955 and FFP Dart in 1954 (plus/minus a random offset per game), though I believe those values are unchanged from the original game.
