ECS industries: Productions drops down

Thanks to kamnet ...
so I start a new topic about my problem - the productions level drops down from 800% to less than 100.
I hope someone have an idea how that can be fixed.

I was able to manually adjust production to 800%, and it held fine.
I did notice that all of your trains have 0% reliability. Also, only a few of your coal mines are receiving vehicles to boost production.

ECS production depends on station rating as far as I understand, so you either manually keep rating high or just set it to 100% or any other value you like in settings.

The reliability-problem is connected to productions-level. After a time of building something new, productions drops ... So I have often to save the game and to rebuild some in a SCN-Editor.
@sevenfm to set the level doesn't help
