placing Amtrak stations

I have tried building Amtrak station to no success. What is the trick in using the US Amtrak grf. Thank you for your time and consideration.

Which NewGRF are you using, exactly? There's a couple of them out there with Amtrak stations.

I'd say the same thing. Although AFAIK there's only US Stations and CanStnd (can still be found out there).

I am using the us stations set V086 (09 Jan 2006). In the latest v of openttd.

First of all, did you put it in your GRF list before starting your game ? Also you need to click on "stations", then you shall have a GUI helping you.

The Amtrak station is listed under the new GRF setting in the active GRF files. Reloaded the grf but still can not get it to work. When i look in my available trains . The Amtrak is not listed. Could this be why I can not place the Amtrak start. Also What year does the Amtrak train appear?

US Stations Set does not implement trains but stations.
