Vehicle replacement doesn't work with identical vehicle

Hi,

I'm using OpenTTD 1.8.0 and ran in a problem regarding vehicle replacement. When I want to replace a vehicle with a different model of the same type, everything works fine. But if I want/need to replace a vehicle of the same model (because there is no newer one available yet) I can't select this model.


I have to replace my buses (old Hereford Leopard Bus) and the only available model is the Hereford Leopard Bus, but - as I mentioned before - I can't select it.


Any ideas?

you mean to use autorenew, which renews vehicle with the same model.
It's in the settings, in the "company" part.

It's so easy, if you know what you are doing. It seems I was to long away from OpenTTD.
