Translation: swapping town/industry

Post by LorenzoDV »

Hi, my first post here.
First of all, congratulations for the great project: I'm impressed.

I had already translated TTD to Italian using the TTD Translator 2.0.
Now I wanted to put the same translation into OpenTTD (the included Italian one is not well done IMO - no offence here), but I can't find a way to swap industry and city name.
For example:

Littlebourg Coal Mine
Coal Mine of Littlebourg

In Italian, only the second way is allowed.

Thanks for the useful link, Wolf01.

Anyway I still wanted to point out this because TTD has some strings containing only format codes and there was a special code to swap their meaning. I couldn't find this in the string file, so I guess it's hard coded.

I think modifying this would benefit other languages like French.
