Edit: SOLVED

I feel like I'm missing something obvious here. Would appreciate any advice. Save file can be found here: https://www.dropbox.com/s/brbm1ykxvzto19e/long.sav?dl=0

Its been a time since I've played, but if I remember correctly, the industry (farm) have a specific tile that produces cargo, you might not have the correct tile with station coverage. When placing the station look for keywords "supplies" and "accepts" to verify that you actually cover enough of the industry. Moving your station one or two tiles will solve it

When selecting the bulk wagon or any other vehicle it will need to be re-fitted, the bulk wagon has a default to carry coal.

Move train to depot, select train and in the box that appears, column on right fourth selection down, looks like boxes, select and choose to refit from list.

Not looked at save file, just a supposition
