Definitely not at this site. tt-forums is a general discussion site for all things transport tycoon, but it doesn't run any servers.
Your best best is probably with the possibly drunk site admin of the server that you were playing at.
Being a retired OpenTTD developer does not mean I know what I am doing.

I'm almost positive no variation of OpenTTD offers you to drive a car, have it break down, and need it repaired. You're on the wrong website. Locking the topic.
