the map go to the top alone, Any solutions?

Hallo! I change my pc and i make download the last version of openttd 64 bits, i instaled and make download of scenario. Well now when open the map default or scenario the map go to the top alone, i try stop but the map just stop when is on top. Any solutions? Thanks
