how to set bridge intro date properly?

I want to set bridge introduction date for 1860, here is part of the NFO code:
// suspension, steel, 100 km/h, from 1860
21 * 7 00 06 01 01 04 08 00 0F 00 0A 5D C5
but as an result, bridge is present earlier.
any idea, what I done wrong?

EDIT: solved.
NFO format if worse than assembler, I forgot about change of DW number from 7 to 12, and date need to be in reversed order, BTW not a long format as stated in https://newgrf-specs.tt-wiki.net/wiki/Action0/Bridges just year.
