Need help with loading bays and stations

So My problem is is when ever I have a loading bay or station next to a factory or other production places the bay doesn't supply the factory or other, for example I have 260 tons of iron ore sitting right next to a factory with trucks ready to take it away and the factory isn't taking any iron ore away from the station. same happens with grain to a factory.

P.S I'm using plain old vanilla no mods

'Transfer and leave empty' is the wrong command. It means: park the cargo at the station, sooner or later another train/truck will come along and pick it up. Use 'unload', 'unload all' or just nothing, but 'transfer' doesn't distribute cargo to industries
