cant build more transport, even though its not limit. nothing can be bought. please fix it. so we can buy it even though is year 9999

By default, as the game progresses through the years, old models of vehicles expire and are not replaced, forcing you to upgrade to different vehicles. Typically there are no new vehicles after the year 2050.

You can fix this by going into the game settings and enabling "Vehicles never expire", then go into the console (the ~ key) and type "resetengines". This will restore all of the vehicles.

Aren't the last-introduced models available indefinitely?

In arctic and tropic and toyland world, without newgrf (add-on) train sets, all rail vehicles will become obsolete without the "vehicles never expire" setting.
At least some models of monorail, maglev, road vehicles, ships and planes will be available for eternity. (I just checked year 10400 for fun, and there are still vehicles available).

not entirely. a few years after the last vehicle is introduced, a snapshot of all available vehicles is made, and those vehicles are kept indefinitely. but if you have, say, a plane introduced in 2100, and the last ship was introduced in 2000, that last ship will probably be phased out by then, so you have only planes left, no ships.
