What exactly is #2 pointing at?
Unless it's pointing at these things (circled in green), I see no bug.

OK, so "bug" is not the right word. Try "graphics glitch". Look on the border between the raised tiles, and you'll see artifacts from the buildonslopes foundations.

Yes, that is a known problem. We don't have any graphics for them yet, or had no priorities to add those so far.

The water is probably a bug :-0
