Bug with full load on mixed train ?

I hope I'll be clear ^^

I have a mixed train (3 passengers cars and 2 mail vans). I want it to full load passengers AND mail, but it leaves the station when either passengers or mail are full, but not both of them.

Do you have the same behaviour ?

turn off full load any.
