No Snow in snow time + picture

Can you see what the problem is?
How can I fix this?
I had already change Snow hight line to 2
OS: Mac OS X 1.6.8 (snow)
openGFX: 0.3.7
OpenTTD: 1.1.3
Help me please

You're using NewGRFs and you're most likely using one which removes snow.
You're not playing Transport Tycoon, but OpenTTD. It has its own section a bit further down. Please use that henceforth when asking question related to that game.

but can you(or anyone) tell me what is the name of NewGRF which remove the snow?
or I have to find it by myself

Your misconception is that you play Transport Tycoon Deluxe (TTD). You don't. You play OpenTTD. That's a different game.
EDIT: Only activate those NewGRFs which you know what they do. It usually helps. And no: we certainly won't start guessing which NewGRFs you might have activated and which then in turn might be the culprit. A wild guess would be on the "arctic remove snow" NewGRF
But you're not that lazy to not have look through your active list and randomly ask why you have no snow, expecting crystall balls to work, right?
