By selecting them to download in installer. <it is random guess due do not the best description of problem>

Assuming you are on about OpenTTD, the readme gives several links to free replacement content projects (section 4.1.1), namely OpenGFX, OpenSFX and the optional OpenMSX, which provide the graphics, sound effects and music content the game needs.
