factory disappears

hi there,

i have just playd OpenTTD 1.0.0-RC3 (by the way, german)
some time after i delivered steel to a factory, the factory ... ? yes? where is the factory?
disapeared, i delivered to another factory, and a few minutes later the same problem occured, is this a bug, or is it possible
for factories to disappear in openttd?

It is possible, but it shouldn't (I think) happened with well servised factory.
