4 tracks into 5 tunnels

I have an area of track where i have 4 tracks, and then i have 5 tunnels for the trains to use, I tried using normal signals, but that didnt work.
How should I place the tracks and junctions so that the middle tunnel can be used by ONE train, travelling in either direction.

Use PBS. Make sure trains can only enter the three tunnels in their section though, don't make the rails accessible other ways

I like planetmaker's idea, but wouldn't there be a penalty when using the middle route?

Yes. Which is the point. They'd rather use the other two. Only in emergencies would they opt for the middle. It's a last resort
