Buses don't move

Whenever I give orders to my buses, with the go to, they don't move. I have them on separate stations, and I have the buses with the orders, but they will not move, or anything. Does anyone know how to fix this, because nothing moves...

Edit:
In particular, point "4" at giving orders, where it says "...press the status bar at the bottom that says Stopped..."
