Brewery not producing alcohol

I'm playing with the FIRS grf and I am shipping tonnes of fruit to a brewery, yet it will not produce a drop of alcohol. Does anyone know why this is or how I can fix it?

What seems to happen is the alcohol is created for a second when the fruit is delivered and then instantly disappears?

Did you also send a train to collect the alcohol? Depending on your game settings you won't see produced goods until you start collecting them.

You need to wait a bit. Fruits don't turn into alcohol instantly, it's just like in real life.

Did you also send a train to collect the alcohol? Depending on your game settings you won't see produced goods until you start collecting them.

Also, did you refit your vehicle so that it can transport alcohol?
