no, but Steve is making a Locomotion fansite.

I'm currently making the site on my PC, so you won't see anything till it's finished. I'll put some proper Loco forums up there, much like own has here for TTD. It will hold everything remotely locomotionish eg: scenarios, svae games, screenies and such.
I plan to get it up by the end of the week, i hope to get A LOT of support from you guys! :)
