Chicago Locomotive Works problem

I tried to install a mod for Chris Sawyer's Locomotion. I selected the right folder of Chris Sawyer Locomotion D:/New Folder (3)/Chris Sawyer's Locomotion
It said it is right, but the install button wont push. It can't be pushed. Any of those do the same. Any way to install them manually? Proof of problem: http://prntscr.com/a01slb
