Locowrapper Issue

I've already posted this in the problems area of the forum. But I haven't gotten any replies yet. When I drag all of my .dat files into the locowrapper program it seems to be working up until I look in the newly created no breakdowns file. It's completely empty. The normal backup file the program makes is full. I'm hoping this is a simple fix.
