What landscapes are avalible?

Post by CombatGold1 »

I´ve never had the full version of Transport Tycoon Original. Are there more than just the temperate landscape?
Thanks,
Adam Reece.

I have a copy of TT + World Editor - I downloaded it from a German web site somewhere. If I ever find the URL again, I'll post it here.

It doesn't. No TT games work in Linux.

Not true. People have got the Windows version of TTD working under WINE. Also, someone wrote some sort of Linux loader for the DOS version of TTD once, I believe.

Nope. No DOS-based versions of TTx work on NT-based operating systems. Or rather, you can sometimes get them running for a very short while, then they crash.

MS-DOS games run perfect on Windows NT, 2000 and XP if you have a fast computer, it's only when you use Sound Effects it slows down or messes up. MIDI is fine though.
Thanks,

I know, without Wine. I wanted to say that TTO doesn't work in XP and Windows programs cannot work in Linux systems without an emulator. But I'm trying Wine...
