XP patch for TTO

If the creator of TTD PATCH could make that TTD for dos work on windows XP, why he can't make the same for TTO? I don't want TTO patch similar to TTD patch because It is useless. I mean I want something like TTD patch but only with one function, "Run on Windows 5.XX".

I found something in net. It's Windows Application Compatibility Toolkit 2.6 . It's much bigger version than the standart build-in in windows XP version. I will try it later becouse tommorow I have an important Polish test .

No he can't. The Windows version created by Fish is what TTDPatch gets working on XP. TTO on XP has been proved to be impossible. I mean, you could have just looked down this forum and seen almost \inf{} other posts asking "TT does not run on XP" and "There is no TTOPatch".

If the user used the search function, to find the old post (which everyone says they should do) and posts valuable content, it would be alright.
