You can start off by using a more descriptive title name. What is the problem? Are there any errors? What operating system do you have? Are you sure your problem isn't already in tt-forums?

Not legal in the OpenTTD forum, but there is a
sticky of download locations here.
I still don't think that was he's problem, he mentions this, which implies he already downloaded it.
