Earlier today, I was playing around and ended up finding the locations for a load of data in the TTO EXE (well, actually World Editor, but that doesn't matter, I have a tool that I can use to scan for the data in any EXE). Currently it just reads the data and can't edit it, and it only works for trains (and some things haven't been found yet - eg, introduction date, vehicle lifespan, etc), but it does work. Attached is a screenshot. If/when I do anything more with this, I'll probably make it into a TTDAlter plug-in, instead of a seperate program, but I'll see.

TTOalter eh? I don't know if TTO is popular much more anymore, but if you want, I ain't stopping you.

It won't be as fully-featured as TTDAlter, but it'll support editing of at least the values on the screen there. If I can find the general data array, which contains the vehicle introduction, life, etc, then you'll be able to modify those.

Other people might find it useful. Anyway, tracking down that data may not be too easy. TTOAlter isn't my top priority though - if it get's done, it get's done. If not, it doesn't.
