Blank option

What's that blank on/off option in TTO between "Detail Level" and "Road Vehicles"? This is about TTO *without* the world editor, because TTOWE version has the "Graphic Set" in this same position.

I searched a lot before asking here and got no answer. Please, don't reply if you don't know either, thanks.
