I THE GAME I HAVE THE LARGEST LINE OF TRANPORT/MAIL TRUKS (120 TRUKS) AND I CAN´T BUY OTHER THINGS WHI??

Thats most likely because you´ve reached the limit on the amount of vehicals you can have. Sell some of the vehicals that aren´t making much money.

The limits are:

80 trains.
80 Road vehicles (inc. bus and lorry).
40 Ships.
40 Aircrafts.

probably caus you don´t buy much. Big good companies have LOTS of vehicles but not ships

they suck.
