New to forum not to game

I've been wondering about this for 6 or 7 years now. My CD case and CD say that it is deluxe but the game itself is just basic but it has editor. In other words the cd says one thing but the game is completely different. Also I've tried to email the creator but I've no idea how to use the system he's got. Please help

well the first release of TTO + WE (Transport Tycoon + World Editor) ... 2 in 1, was released by 'deluxe' because it contain the game with the expansion altough it is not Transport Tycoon Deluxe

if you want TTD, I suggest downloading it since it is nearly impossible to buy one (especially WIN TTD)
