[POLL] What is your favourite map size?

Hi all,
this topic is about discussing your favourite map size(s) and other map gneration settings.
For me map size is from 256*512 to 1024*1024 and equivalents. In the poll I put 512*512. It depends for me on city density and goal of game. City density I usually set to medium. Industry density to high because I play with XIS and want to have reasonable amount of industries of same type. Rivers are usually set to more, lakes to medium and terrain is various , because it gives games some variety.
What are yours? There is a poll for map size, please, select one option from those starting with number and one from those starting with mutiplication star.
