Comparison of Transport Tycoon's Industrial Mechanics

How would you rank transport games in comparison to Transport Tycoon in regards to realistic and complex industrial features? I guess what I'm asking is for people to list all Transport games they have played and include Transport Tycoon on the list. Any side notes on any games would be appreciated as well.
