What happened to the generic downloads

Post by parkervcp »

I saw you moved to only supplying debs, but some of us don't run Ubuntu/Debian.

For those of us who don't this makes it very hard to actually want to run/support your project.

I wrote a script to extract the deb files and put them in current folder. - https://gist.github.com/parkervcp/ebeb5 ... 42fd5e2336

Our build system was completely overhauled, and the most popular targets were prioritised. I believe the download stats on the generic binaries were very low.

We do accept contributions to the compile farm though! https://github.com/OpenTTD/CompileFarm
