rite hi again sorry for double posting but somewhere
in this forum meantions server.cfr or something now i don't have that file
in the openttd folder plus i have done everything rite to port forward but still the ports are closed

Assuming you are using Windows.
The file (openttd.cfg) should be located at C:\Users\[YOUR WINDOWS USERNAME]\Documents\OpenTTD
You can also access this by just going to 'documents' on the left panel of windows explorer, then click on openttd folder, if typing it in isn't your thing.
As far as I know, OpenTTD does not use a custom config file for a server, it just uses the main config file, which is the one above.
