new to the game,how do i set up a passenger boat route?

im new to the game and i cant seem to figure out how to set up a boat route

Build a dock in one town, build another dock in another town. If they're more than about 20 tiles apart you'll want to put one or more buoys between them so the ship can easily find it's way. Build a ship depot. Buy a ship. Set the route to go to the first dock, then buoy to buoy to buoy, then the other dock. Reverse the process until you get to the first dock. Set that ship free and then clone some more to help with the load.

As per previous but just a little proviso, the boat does need to caryy passengers. :wink:
