My friends can't see my dedicated server?

I have port forwarded and also made sure my firewall allows the port 3979 and 3978 and have made sure my config is correct. I can connect, but my friends can't. Can anyone help me with this?

Have your friends tried to connect by your external IP?
So like External-IP:PortNumber.

Do you know what your WAN IP address is?
Some ISPs use a technique called double NAT which means you get a non routable WAN IP address, and this precludes you from running a Server.

Well if you couldn't connect to your own dedicated server that would be a real problem.. try to setup DMZ on the router if possible to point all connections directly to your server's IP.
