TTDO is Transport Tycoon Deluxe (Original)??. If you mean that, try the General Transport Tycoon forum.

If you mean OTTD, which is OpenTTD, look at http://www.openttd.com website, or for the latest version in Windows, Mac and Linux Nightly Builds
