How to slow down game speed?

Last game I used Ctrl + Alt + С but it's not right.
Now I've started game in 1900 and have electrified railway in 1920

You may use JGR's Patchpack, where you have the daylength factor which can go up to 125x.

Yep, but when I increased it to 3, I've got some problems with balance, running costs grow too

Then go in "Parameters" and disable "Property maintenance".
That may help.
