Dedicated server, restart game, openttd.cfg

I have build dedicated server OpenTTD on Ubuntu. All works well openttd.init services works well. I can connect to the serwer.
My question is how restart game, in order to new game will using new changes from openttd.cfg file like map size and currency.
Second question how load save games on this server.

How start new game ?

BTW, you need to stop game, if you want to change your openttd.cfg file, otherwise changes would be overwritten.

If you are running this server via terminal window, you already are in its console.
You can also use rcon command from your client console (rcon passwd command) instead of issuing direct server console command. rcon password must to be defined in config file.
