on dutch server i play with this script on town grow, but in online "store" i cant find any similiar.
server runs FIRS 1.4.2
im running last version.

Neighbors are important.

Note that it's under Game Scripts, not under NewGRFs.

In this script, the neighbours of a town have an influence on growth. So I thought, why not call it Neighbours are important?
