same place same point,always attack my rail,never change. very crazy and not fair.

I think the UFO event need to be modified.

You can turn off "Natural Disasters" in the settings. I had the same problem as you.

yeah , maybe instead of pseudo-random they could use something like Random.org but still use pseudo-random as a fallback method

The random is fine, it's the search process for the place to hit, that causes this behaviour.
