Make the screenshot option save to a .PNG file rather than .PCX!

OpenTTD doesn't currently save screenshots at all. Saving to PNG is perfectly possible though. We could even have an option for PNG, GIF, BMP, PCX, etc.

If so many formats will be availible then make an option in settings window that can let you choose wich format you will want to save youre screenies.
