I have created an ultra realistic OpenTTD save. It is an accurate world map complete with 3500 real airline routes using the WAS grfs.
I would like to know if anybody knows a way to by pass the 5000 aircraft limit????
Anyways here are my screenshots enjoy
Busy European Airspace
Ice road truckers going back to civiliastion
Hong Kong's modern island airport
Dubai dominated by the A380
Sao Paulo, due to the limitations of WAS Thomos Cook acts as Brazil's airline
Trans Atlantic traffic
Another beautiful Cabbiean day
Heathrow and England
Robert Mugabes' regime has made an empty Harare Airport a common sight
New York New York. The biggest airport on the map. (it acts as La gurida, Newark and JFK)
These fake airports in the Pacific on the edge of the map solve the problem caused by Trans-Pacific flights. These mean that Asian flights leaving Los angeles turn west not east
Try changing value in openttd.cfg file.qetuouk2010 wrote:I would like to know if anybody knows a way to by pass the 5000 aircraft limit????

Author of an incredibly boring stickied post about NewGRFs.
Simple : tweak it in the OTTD source code. (means to compile it yourself, too.)FLHerne wrote:No, he want[ed, a few years ago] to go beyond the maximum possible value for that setting.
