I've still not got round to actually playing it yet, although, i did have a few pokes around.

There are times when JPG is useful, TTD screenshots is not one of them. Please use PNG instead.

Is it possible to have full support of dbset in spinoff ? When plaing I noticed that train cars are mixed up. There is no rubber car but there are some cars that have names from toyland and cary cargo that is allready on the list.

i don't think spinoff even suports most of the OTTD certified GRF files...

Hmm...how do you guys get temperate climate? I've tried running this spin-off game a lot of times, but I can only get sub-arctic. Shouldn't you be able to choose?

I can also see no diamond mines, no toy factories, no water supplies and no fruit factories. The language file accompanying the game is incompatible with my current version of Openttd (r2493), and the whole game just seems to not work (there are so few towns and industries, and no shopping malls in sight). And how do you install the patch?

the spinoff should use a seperate language file from the main game... and there is only 1 climate, temperate... sub-arctic is the mountainous RMG.

Very nice mod. I make an aclaration: for me, this mod will be better if the funding rate is more high, and you can't fund productive industries (Iron ore mine, coal mine, etc., how you say, korenn), only metal foundries, refineries, factories, etc. I am waiting the next version, and what that contain this feature.

i build a food line takeing food to a village.
then i go to build a water line. fund water tower and it builds it on the opisite side of the town to my main station for that town.seems to do the same with malls and powerplants. could u make it so they are built next to an existing station pls?

Sure. Build the "existing" station *after* funding the industries.
Or just build a new station; it really isn't that hard, is it?
To get a good answer, ask a Smart Question. Similarly, if you want a bug fixed, write a Useful Bug Report. No TTDPatch crashlog? Then follow directions.

Rare bug found: I reconstruyed a airport for match a bus and lorry station with it and a news message appear, showing the airport. Here's the messaje and the cfg

See what I mean? This spinoff changes the way the game works significally, so theese newgrf should *not* be used with it.

that bug is very very strange... I can't reproduce it... can you? if you can, could you please report what you have to do exactly to make that bug appear?

slayer: no I will not allow the funding of primary industries, in fact the next version will have the patch that allows that turned off.
You're only allowed to fund secondary industries and you can fund tertiary industries in the town authority window.

if you can fund primary industries you can just fund the ones you needed next to some towns and finish the game in a breeze... that wouldn't be any fun. it is a spinoff challenge.

I destroy the old airport. I build lorry/bus stations continuous to an existent station one to one until the section that I will contruct the airport and build this. Now delete all lorry/bus stations that I build, and the airport is united to the previous transport stations, sharing passengers, mail, etc. cargo waiting here. This bug isn't a big problem, it isn't necesary to fix.
Now I am working in a 64x64 map, although I can't reach the population limit. I'm thinking in a 2048x64 or 1024x64 game.

The new message is a thing very very strange and can be very hard to fix. Another littler bug is when you win a game, saving it, when you open the savegame the game appears as you don't winned it, it can be because the game don't saves the status 'winned' in savegames. And nothing plays this mod in multiplayer, it seems to be great. I will continue playing.

Im working on a grf set for spinoff.. new engines and new cargoset.
I have drawn hopper for coal iron ore copper ore :)
Also here a passanger car and a mail van, looks nice?
